Hello everybody !

A small post to introduce myself.
I would like first to thank Minka, Fabian & Vanja for this initiative.
Organising the emergence of this network of our young discipline is great!
I had the chance to take part of such a network (for young earth scientists, even if I'm not). It gives lot of value to everyone. Hope SD will live such moments.

About me:
I come from Innovation management. My research was first focus on management of innovation and value in an exploration context (when you have uncertainties on everything, from user to solution or time). I fastly went to the point that value is mostly a service value. That's why I got interest in service design.
This led me to some research points:
the question of service value besides service prototyping ; SD project management ; design of services around products ; transfer of SD tools in industrial companies.

About Nekoé, my organisation:
We are a public association. We can sum up our activity in 3 parts:
- public service: we have to help local actors in service innovation and spread tools.
- service innovation agency: we support projects in service design or service innovation strategy
- research, linked with universities and design schools, between service design and service science.
All the team, take part both in the design process and in research with our different backgrounds: designers, ergonomists, IT people or innovation managers like me.
