Hello,

I am a researcher at the Studiolab of delft university of technology. I am currently primcipally involved in a multy year study of several dutch design agencies and their projects.

I focus my research around the question of value through service design. I aim to identify the strategic value(s) of using user centered design approaches in service design. For this I am developing a measuring instrument that involves ROI, customer satisfaction questionnaires and add qualitative data to capture the effects of a user centered approach.

Other area's of research involve service design for sutainability, and methods of implementation of service innovations in complex organsations.
